Here's what you'll get: • Initial Consultation: A deep dive into your current habits, goals, and hormone-related symptoms. • Foundations & Archetype Assessment: To help personalize your plan for this transition • 8 Weeks of One-on-One Coaching – Personalized support, in person or online. • Weekly Check-Ins: Regular guidance to stay accountable and navigate challenges • Tailored Hormone Support Plan: Nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies designed for this phase. • Personalized Resources & eBooks: Practical tools to support you throughout the program. • Ongoing Support: Unlimited email and text access for check-ins, questions, or motivation between sessions. • Wrap-Up Session: We’ll review your progress and plan for ongoing success. • Need more time or want to keep going?
